5 out of 5 starsThe stained glass fish hanging is absolutely gorgeous! The craftsmanship is excellent. Looks lovely hanging in my window. There was some issue with false shipping information but the seller cleared it up really quickly and the package arrived on time.

The mentioned false information was a mix-up by the postal service, who attributed the tracking to a parcel already delivered from another seller, to a different country! Thank-you to the buyer for being patient with my tracking search and the parcel was received in normal time. I'm very pleased that the fish arrived safely and the buyer is happy.

I live in Normandy in France, cider country, with my husband, in a lovely house with a beautiful garden, including a large pond. We love the colours and wildlife here: the richness of the region inspires me daily in my glass designs.

You will find lots of handmade gift ideas for all the family, or individual greeting cards for a special occasion.I have been crafting for as long as I can remember and have always wanted to do craft more full-time - now is my opportunity.

Payment
Orders must be paid for in advance. I accept orders through Paypal or Direct Checkout.
Shipping
At holiday times, including Jan 7th to 14th 2017, turn around times for shipping will be extended to at least 7 working days.
However, in the event of a delay, I will contact you immediately if this is likely.
Packaging - I always recycle packaging wherever possible, taking care that parcels are sturdily wrapped.
Delivery instructions - please let me know if there are particular delivery instructions associated with your package.
International customs - please pay attention to the specific customs rules for your country; I'd hate for you not to receive your item. Where required for Customs, I will attach relevant paperwork to the outside of the package in order to help avoid delivery delays. You are responsible for payment of import/customs duties on your purchase.
If a parcel goes astray, please contact me as soon as possible so we can find a solution together.
If a parcel is damaged in transit, please let me know, with photograph/s so that solution can be found, or refund can be issued.
